Abstract
Mold Illness is a progressive multisystem, multi-symptom condition associated with exposure to biotoxins or neurotoxins. Chronic inflammation, altered innate and adaptive immunity and brain changes, both in the grey and white matter of the brain are seen in a subset of the population with genetic susceptibility. Multiple hypothalamic-pituitary-end organ dysregulations are also a concern. With the resultant blood brain barrier disruption, children can become predisposed to autism and severe neurological delays in cognition, speech, motor functions, and growth can be seen. Dr. Dashore will talk about the implications of medicinal Herbal protocols in treatment and detoxification of the increase in pro inflammatory cytokines, immune dysfunction, opportunistic bacterial overgrowth, alteration in microbiome, intestinal hyperpermeability, translocation of microbes and their toxic metabolites in sterile tissues and distant organs. The therapeutic protocol utilizing Camel milk bioactive compounds combined with targeted beneficial herbals used successfully worldwide will also be provided.

Abstract
Exposure to the complex mixture of inflammagens and toxigenic microbes growing in water-damaged buildings can lead to mold illness. Most patients exhibit detrimental structural brain changes in the cortical grey matter and the forebrain, leading to development of adverse cognitive effects, developmental delays in speech, language, motor skills, memory, learning, focus and more. Mold Illness is a chronic, progressive, multi-system syndrome that can lead to systemic inflammation most notably in the gut leading to malabsorption, enterocolitis, poor growth, neurotransmitter imbalance, immune dysfunction and hormonal changes. Dr. Dashore will discuss the neurobiological impact seen and natural treatment options including herbal medicine to help reverse the brain changes, reestablish biochemical balance, and repair the associated physiological damage.

Abstract
*General Session also counted towards CME Credits//Exposure and accumulation of biotoxins and neurotoxins in the body leads to chronic inflammation and can predispose a child to autism spectrum disorders. The rise in proinflammatory cytokines affects multiple systems in the body, especially the gastro-intestinal and immune systems. Studies have shown that camel milk contains specific beneficial bioactive components like lactoferrin, nanobodies, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and enzymes that have anti-inflammatory and immune modulating properties. Dr. Dashore will talk about the benefits seen with different types of camel milk administered in a structured manner at predetermined intervals along with specific supportive herbs  in children with ASD as a highly beneficial dietary intervention, when done at the right time, that may help improve intestinal barrier function, reduce inflammation, support the immune system, strengthen the microbiome and restrict bacterial invasion for better neurological outcomes. The targeted camel milk protocol combined with medicinal herbal options successfully used in 93 countries will be shared.
