Abstract
This lecture explores the role of dietary interventions in the recovery and management of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), focusing on four prominent healing diets: the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), Paleo Diet, GAPS, and the Autoimmune Protocol Diet (AID). Each diet is grounded in unique principles that aim to improve gut health, reduce inflammation, and support neurological function—key areas of concern in ASD. The SCD eliminates complex carbohydrates to promote healthy gut flora, while the Paleo Diet emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods to reduce inflammation. The GAPS Diet focuses on gut and brain healing, and the AID is a more restrictive regimen designed to calm autoimmune responses and heal the gut. By examining the science behind these diets and their potential benefits, this lecture provides insights into how diet is the primary step in healing and how to get started with tips and inexpensive hacks to accelerate healing.

Abstract
Autism recovery requires cutting-edge treatment. This study aims to prove IV PRP can help in the recovery of autism spectrum symptoms and behaviors. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects social interaction, communication, and behavior. Children with ASD often exhibit cognitive and neurological challenges, including difficulties with attention, sensory processing, and executive function. Current treatments are primarily focused on behavioral therapies and educational interventions, but there is increasing interest in exploring further biomedical medical approaches, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), to enhance brain function. PRP is a concentration of platelets derived from the patient’s own blood, which contains growth factors that have been shown to promote tissue healing and regeneration. Preliminary studies have suggested that PRP may have neuroprotective and neurogenic properties, potentially offering benefits for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. The aim of this study is to investigate whether PRP treatment can improve cognitive function, social behaviors, and overall neurological health in children with ASD.
